Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp honey (optional, for balance)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine mango, bell pepper, onion, and jalapeño.
  2. Add lime juice, cilantro, salt, and honey (if using). Mix gently.
  3. Let sit for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
